Artificial intelligence
AI is useful when it knows, answers and acts with corporate judgment.
We design the strategic, communications and governance layer that connects AI models to validated knowledge, useful experiences and human adoption.
TBC applies AI to communications through RAG knowledge bases, internal assistants, conversational websites and campaigns, content governance, flow design, analytics and adoption management. We do not sell isolated technology; we integrate a solution into real work.
Signs that a strategy is missing
AI does not know the company's correct version.
Documents are scattered, duplicated, outdated or lack clear permissions.
The pilot impresses, but never enters the workflow.
There is no integration, owner, governance or scaling criterion.
The experience chats, but does not solve.
A chatbot without knowledge architecture only automates weak answers.
Adoption is left to intuition.
People do not understand when to use AI, how to verify it or what risks to avoid.
What should change
Trusted knowledge
Selected, current, traceable sources governed through roles.
Useful experiences
Answers and actions designed for real employee and customer needs.
Judgment-led adoption
Teams trained to use, verify and improve the solution.

Frequently asked questions
Does TBC develop AI models?
TBC focuses on strategy, knowledge architecture, experience, content, governance and adoption. The technology layer can be implemented with partners and platforms selected for security, integration and use case.
What is RAG?
It is an approach that lets an AI system retrieve information from authorized sources before forming an answer. It improves context and traceability, but still requires ordered content, evaluation and controls; it does not eliminate all errors.
Can you integrate AI into a website or intranet?
Yes. We design the conversational experience, content, flows, sources and analytics, and coordinate technical integration with the client's environment.
How do you prevent AI from making up answers?
There is no zero-risk method. Risk is reduced through controlled sources, instructions, response limits, citations, testing, monitoring, human review and clear paths for unresolved questions.
