Privacy policy
Last updated: 20 August 2026
This policy explains how The Bridge Communications handles the personal data it receives through this website, in accordance with Chilean Law 21.719 on the protection of personal data.
Who is responsible: The Bridge Communications, with offices at Av. La Dehesa 1822, oficina 430, Lo Barnechea, Santiago, Chile. For any question about personal data, write to contacto@tbc.cl.
What data we collect: What you voluntarily provide in the contact form: name, mobile phone, email address and the message you write. We do not collect sensitive data and we ask you not to include any in your message. Separately, we collect usage data through analytics cookies, as explained below.
What we use it for: Form data is used only to answer your enquiry and follow up on any resulting commercial conversation. We do not use it for unsolicited marketing and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes. Usage data is used only to understand, in aggregate, how the site is browsed so we can improve it.
Legal basis: Processing of form data is based on your consent, given when you tick the box before sending. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to contacto@tbc.cl.
Where it is stored: Your message is emailed to the TBC team and is also recorded in the site's administration panel, so that enquiries are not lost and can be followed up. Only authorised TBC staff have access to it.
How long we keep it: For as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, once it ends, for the period required by applicable law. After that it is deleted.
Data processors: We work with providers acting on TBC's behalf and under its instructions: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and its database; Resend, which delivers the form's email; and Google, which provides the site analytics. These providers may process data on servers located outside Chile, under the safeguards required by law.
Cookies and analytics: This site uses Google Analytics to measure its use in aggregate: page views, traffic sources and general browsing behaviour. That tool sets cookies in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data to third parties. You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on; the site will keep working normally.
Your rights: You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability of your data, and lodge a complaint with the Chilean Data Protection Agency. To exercise them, write to contacto@tbc.cl. We will respond within the periods set by law.
Minors: This site is aimed at professional audiences and is not intended for children under fourteen. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Security: We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we handle, including encryption of site traffic and access control to the administration panel.
Changes to this policy: If the purposes or the providers change, we will update this document and the date shown at the top. We recommend reviewing it from time to time.
